Getting fit and triming down

"If you asked me “Dr. K, what is the ONE thing you would recommend I do, over all others, to lose weight”, I would have absolutely no hesitation in my answer. It would always be “keep a food diary”. People who keep food diaries lose more weight than people who don’t. It’s as simple as that."
